Due to legal threats from an enraged listener and after internal complaints, a short-lived Schilling Show theme-song revision has been yanked from the program.

A mash-up of three different versions of “Takin’ it to the Streets” (Take 6, The Doobie Brothers, Quincy Jones), the show theme features WINA station callers and in-studio guests making humorous remarks over the song’s main lyric. One person, at least, did not find levity in the re-mix.

Exclusively online, hear the banned intro theme of the host who remains a “light in the darkness,” despite attempts to portray him otherwise.

  1. Frankly I can’t find anything objectionable in the song. Well, everybody’s afraid of a lawsuit.

  2. I’m really confused here. What was the issue? You mean to tell me Charlottesville Radio Group wouldn’t step in a defend free speech? Amazing! (not really)
