In the case of Robert Schilling v. Jake Washburne, Leo Mallek, and John Does 1 and 2—a federal suit in which Schilling alleges assault, battery, and violations of his voting rights—there has been a unified media blackout of the shameful story…until now.
On Wednesday, June 23, two days after the suit was filed and announced, WCHV’s Joe Thomas in the Morning conducted an extensive and thus-far exclusive interview with Attorney Matthew Hardin, who is representing Schilling in the lawsuit.
