Charlottesville Circuit Court judge, Richard Moore, has dismissed with prejudice the administratively contrived case against former Charlottesville police officer, Jeffrey Jaeger.
After being cleared in his use-of-force to quell a domestic disturbance—through an extensive departmental review process—Jaeger unexpectedly found himself charged with a crime, of which he was later wrongly convicted.
Upon conviction, Jaeger’s attorney, Michael Hallahan, immediately appealed the case, ultimately leading to today’s dismissal.
