Vaccines have never been advertised as 100% effective, and boosters, like initial shots, take 14 days to reach full strength. Studies do show that vaccinated people are at much lower risk for contracting the virus, and very rarely die if they do.

P.S. I’m searching for reports on all of the “fully vaccinated” coming down with breakthrough cases of chickenpox, measles, polio… Will repost here when I find them.
