The Schilling Show recommends voting YES on Question 1. This question will add constitutional protection to Virginia’s “Right to Work” laws, which prohibit compulsory union membership.

The left’s intention here is to introduce progressive elements into the real estate tax. As a side note, the tax benefit is removed when a surviving spouse remarries, thus dis-incentivizing marriage.
