Schilling Show host Rob Schilling, recognized six times by the Associated Press for journalistic excellence, has now been cited by the Virginia Association of Broadcasters (VAB).
The story, Islamic Lesson in Augusta County—which was broken on The Schilling Show, made news nationwide, and eventually was featured on the BBC—won first place for Best Documentary or Public Affairs Program at the 2016 VAB awards ceremony in Virginia Beach.
