Beleaguered sex offender-cum-Albemarle County Supervisor, Christopher J. Dumler is facing financial problems in addition to his social, sexual, personal, and professional predicaments.

The Virginia State Courts web site shows a civil action filed against Dumler by the University of Virginia Community Credit Union, over a “warrant in debt.” The case will be heard on May 21, 2013 at 1:00 PM, and Chris Dumler the credit union has retained James E Treakle, Jr. as counsel.

A “warrant in debt” is described by attorney, Robert S. Brandt, as:

“A legal document that advises you that someone, called the plaintiff, is suing you in court for money that they claim are owed to them. You are being taken to court in other words.”

Revelations of Dumler’s financial troubles come on the heels of a special prosecutor being appointed in the errant Supervisors’ petition for recall case, which is scheduled for hearing on April 2, 2013, before Judge Cheryl Higgins.

Despite nearly unanimous calls for his resignation from across the political spectrum, Chris Dumler has maintained on numerous occasions that he will not resign his Scottsville District Supervisor seat.

  1. As if the sexual problems were not enough, Chris Dumler now being sued over debt! Exclusive analysis.

  2. Dumler is such a hypocrite. After what he said about his opponent’s financial debacles and not being qualified to be a supervisor because of it, he finds himself in financial trouble himself.

Wrong. Dumler criticized Norwood for mismanaging his finances, didn’t he? Dumler has mismanaged his libido, not his finances.
